What I Do

I specialize in helping women who are struggling with fatigue, brain fog, and poor sleep to feel energized, focused, and invigorated.

With over 30 years of experience as a pharmacist, I have seen these important signs of hormone imbalance get dismissed or overlooked and women’s health and happiness suffer.
