That realization led me to create Holistic Farmacist™ — a physiology-informed approach that integrates functional nutrition, strength training, nervous system regulation, and the rhythms of nature to restore metabolic resilience and sustainable vitality.

During my years in conventional medicine, I began to see where the system struggled to support women through the physiological shifts of midlife.
That realization changed the direction of my work.

I began my career in clinical pharmacy, trained in evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care. But over time I saw how often midlife women were dismissed, rushed through appointments, or told their symptoms were simply part of getting older.
My own path led me beyond the prescription pad and into deeper layers of healing — functional nutrition, strength training, nervous system regulation, and the rhythms that support the body’s natural resilience.
Today, I bring together more than 30 years of clinical insight with a holistic understanding of the body — helping women rebuild energy, strength, and metabolic resilience in midlife.
